There may be instances when a Player’s gaming patterns need to be investigated prior to authorising a withdrawal and in such cases the Player acknowledges that delays in processing withdrawals can be expected in certain instances, and for such reasons Videoslots may not be in a position to provide an explanation as to why a withdrawal is not yet processed.

2.12. Videoslots is committed to its anti-money laundering (“AML”) policy and bound by all laws and regulations which apply to it. Accordingly, Videoslots prohibits transfers between Player Accounts.

Any transaction which takes place in our Website is thoroughly reviewed, and should there be any doubt of suspicious transactions taking place these will be reported to the relevant local authorities or any other international authorities we deem relevant for these purposes.

2.13. Videoslots reserves the right to charge a transaction fee on deposited amounts which were not used for wagering prior to being withdrawn. The transaction fee will not exceed 3.95%, however Videoslots reserves the right to levy any lower amount.

2.14. Videoslots reserves the right to charge for withdrawals for administrative cost as indicated on the Website, which for instance occurs when more than one withdrawal occurs in a 7-day period.

2.15. If, whilst playing progressive slots, You win a jackpot of or more than CAD$50,000.00 (or equivalent in any other currency), You may be required to wait up to 30 working days for the payment to be processed from the time of winning. After this period, Player will be permitted to withdraw the total win irrespective of the figure thereof.

2.16. For winnings that are not categorized as progressive jackpots, You may withdraw the balance of Your Player Account at any time (save for any bonus balance which is subject to wagering restrictions). Upon withdrawal, any amount totaling up to CAD$30,000.00, shall be transferred to Your original payment method. In the event that the winning consideration exceeds the CAD$30,000.00 threshold, the winnings shall be necessarily paid by bank transfer. To request an amount over CAD$30,000.00 you should contact customer support on [email protected].

For the avoidance of doubt, Videoslots is obliged to carry out additional due diligence checks, which may result in a delay in You receiving Your funds.

2.17. Videoslots will not be held liable by Players in relation to pooled supplier jackpots. Videoslots is under no obligation to pay out a jackpot win until a full verification process has been confirmed (including verification of the Player and wining(s)) and the payment has been authorised by Videoslots or any third party supplier.

2.18 Videoslots does not accept any third party payment method, therefore players must ensure that any deposits and withdrawals are made with a payment method approved and accepted by Videoslots.

3.5. Videoslots may request documents to verify the identity and/or authorisation to use a specific card and/or other facts provided by the Player before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals. This may cause slight delays.

3.6. The use and abuse of a bug in any of the gaming software provided through any software offered through Videoslots is illegal. Except in the case of winnings in excess of CAD$30,000.00, in that case clause 2.15. herein shall apply.

4. CASINO AND BONUSES

4.1. Introduction

4.1.1. Videoslots offers, at its sole discretion, a number of optional Bonuses: for example the Welcome Deposit Bonus and the Reload Bonus as set out on the site (each “Bonus” and collectively the “Bonuses”) stipulated in clause 4.3. and clause 4.4. of the Terms respectively (and as may be otherwise stipulated in accordance with clause 4.1.2. herein). Videoslots also offers, at its sole discretion, Extra/Welcome Spins, as stipulated in clause 4.6. of the Terms  (and as may be otherwise stipulated in accordance with clause 4.1.2. herein).

4.1.2. Each of the Bonuses, including the Extra/Welcome Spins, have their own set of terms and conditions and individual wagering requirements (set out below), if any. By activating a Bonus, or the Extra/Welcome Spins, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions, attached to the Bonus.

4.1.3. You can only have one Bonus active on Your Player Account at a time. If You already have an active Bonus and want to activate a new one, You will need to de-activate the current Bonus by forfeiting it under the 'My Bonuses' section of Your Player Account.

4.1.4. Once forfeited or de-activated, the Bonus will no longer be available to You (and cannot be re-activated at any time thereafter) and no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to Your Player Account Balance. The amount of any Bonus Funds that have already been credited to your Player Account Balance will remain available to You.

4.2. General Bonus Rules

4.2.1. The following rules and definitions apply generally to all Bonuses:

'Activation Date’ has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.3. or clause 4.4. of these Terms and Conditions);

'Bonus Funds' means funds credited to Your Player Account balance by Videoslots as a result of participating in a Bonus and meeting the relevant wagering requirements;

'Initial Deposit' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.3. or clause 4.4. of the Terms);

'Player Account Balance' means the total withdrawable funds in Your Player Account including any funds You have deposited and any Bonus Funds;

'Maximum Bonus' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.3. or clause 4.4. of the Terms); and

‘Use Period' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.3. or clause 4.4. of the Terms).

4.2.2. You are permitted to place a single or multiple bet only up to a value of 50% of the bonus amount on any game on the Website OR an amount up to CAD$20.00, whichever is lowest. If You try to do so, a pop-up will appear to notify You. If You ignore this pop-up and attempt to wager CAD$20.00, or more than 50% of Your bonus amount in a single wager, your Bonus will be forfeited.

4.2.3. In order to receive a Bonus, You will need to meet the relevant Bonus' wagering requirements. Videoslots’ Bonuses can only be earned by playing certain games, selected at Videoslots’ sole discretion. Wagering on progressive jackpot games does not count towards any wagering requirements (therefore, the amount needed to be wagered during the Use Period) for the purposes of the Bonuses.

4.2.4. How much a wager contributes towards a Bonus' wagering requirements differs depending on the game(s) You play. You can check how much a wager on a particular game contributes towards a Bonus' wagering requirements by visiting here.

4.2.5. Different games have different percentage return to player (“RTP”) figures. The RTP of the game affects how quickly You meet the wagering requirement. When Videoslots mentions RTP in the any text and context on the Website, Videoslots means the theoretical RTP.

4.2.6. The wager requirement to complete a Bonus is based on a specific game's RTP. For example, a game on the Website with 96% RTP contributes 100% to the wager requirement, a game with 95% RTP contributes 125% to the wager requirement, while a game with 97% RTP contributes 75%. Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less (max 75%) contribution to the bonus wager requirement. Every 0.01% under 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% extra (max 75%) to the contribution of the bonus wager requirement. You can find all games' RTPs on by visiting here, please select “Theoretical” view of the RTP and not “Actual” view.

The provisions of this clause 4.2.6. only apply for games in “Video Slots”, “Slots”, “Casino” and “Scratch Cards” categories. No game from these 4 categories can contribute less than 25% or more than 175% to the bonus wager requirement.

Illustrative examples

Irish Eyes 2 with RTP of 95% contributes 125% towards a Bonus' wagering requirements, meaning if You wager CAD$20.00 in Irish Eyes 2, CAD$25.00 will be deemed to contribute to the aggregate amount needed to be wagered during the Use Period.

Playing games in the Roulette, Blackjack or Video Poker category contributes only 10% towards a Bonus' wagering requirements, meaning if you wager CAD$20.00 in Roulette, Blackjack or Video Poker, CAD$2.00 will be deemed to contribute to the aggregate amount needed to be wagered during Use Period.

4.2.7. If You try to wager on a game that does not count towards the wagering requirements for a Bonus, a pop-up will appear to notify You, and You will not be able to wager in that game with the Bonus. The Bonus will be forfeit and no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to You.

4.2.8. Casino Bonuses are only valid in casino games (for example slots or roulette games) on the Website.

4.2.9. You may be required to deposit further funds in addition to your Initial Deposit in order to meet the wagering requirements for a Bonus.

4.2.10. Videoslots wants You to benefit from its Bonuses sooner, so Videoslots Bonuses are credited to Your Player Account Balance in 10 separate tranches. Each tranche is equal to 10% of the value of Bonus. You must wager an amount equal to three and a half times your Initial Deposit during the Use Period in order to be eligible to receive the first tranche of a Bonus. If You do not wager an amount equal to three and half your Initial Deposit during the Use Period, then You will not receive any of the Bonus.

4.2.11. Each time a tranche of the Bonus is credited to Your Player Account Balance, You can choose to either:

4.2.11.1. wager the funds (in which case such funds will contribute towards the remaining wagering requirements); or

4.2.11.2. withdraw the funds.

If You try to withdraw any winnings and/or any of the Bonus tranches already credited to Your Player Account Balance during the Use Period before the Maximum Bonus has been credited, a pop-up will appear to notify You. If You disregard the pop-up and proceed to withdraw the funds, no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to Your Player Account Balance.

4.3.7. In order to receive the Maximum Bonus, You will need to wager an amount equal to 35 times the value of Your Initial Deposit, unless otherwise is being specified in the specific terms & conditions of the Bonus offer. 4.7. Tournament Rules

4.7.1. From time to time, Videoslots may offer slots tournaments (“Battle of Slots”) on the Website. In a slots tournament, within its stipulated duration (as stipulated by Videoslots), participants wager a set value in a maximum number of game rounds in a particular slot game, and 1 or more participating Players recording the largest amounts of total game winnings in the tournament win 1 or more prizes in accordance with the prize table for the relevant tournament, as determined at Videoslots’ sole discretion, and thereafter communicated to the participants.

4.7.2. The pre-defined particulars of each tournament are the same for all participants and are shown in the tournament section of the Website. This section may also contain additional rules, terms and conditions which apply in addition to the Terms. It is strongly advised that the particulars, rules and other information displayed in the tournament section of the Website are understood prior to participating in a tournament. Please contact customer support on [email protected] if You require further assistance.

4.7.3. A Player may enter 1 or more tournaments by registering for each respective tournament. Registration for non-free tournaments is subject to sufficient balance in the Player’s Player Account and may be refused for any reason, and at Videoslots’ sole discretion. Players must register for participating in a tournament before the closing of the registration period of the tournament, the time of which is displayed by a countdown timer running from the moment the 1st Player has registered for the tournament. When a Player registers to participate in a tournament, the Player receives an entitlement to a pre-defined maximum number of game rounds in a particular slot game, which entitlement can be used to make wagers of a pre-defined value within a pre-defined duration, all as stipulated for the particular tournament. Participants making use of an option to make multiple participation fee payments will receive such entitlement for each participation fee. In the event of abuse by a participant, a system error, or administrative correction, an entitlement may be cancelled. The entitlement for each tournament is restricted to the slot game designated in the particulars of the tournament. Wagers in a slot game in a tournament have a pre-defined value and the amount wagered cannot be freely determined by participants. The number of game rounds to which a participant is entitled in a tournament is limited to the number shown in the particulars of the tournament. Participants do not have to play the maximum number of rounds but may have less chance of receiving a prize when not all rounds are used. Game rounds can only be used within a stipulated duration as shown in the tournament section of the Website and/or by an onscreen countdown timer displaying the time left.

4.7.4. Tournaments are started in 1 of 2 ways:

4.7.4.1. a scheduled tournament commences at a stipulated and specific time.

4.7.4.2. a Sit ‘n Go tournament commences as soon as the stipulated minimum number of participants have registered for participation in the said tournament.

A tournament may be cancelled, if no player or an insufficient number of players have registered for participation.

4.7.5. Participation in tournaments is free-to-play in the case of tournaments shown as such (‘Freerolls’), and is subject to a participation fee (‘buy-in’) in all other tournaments. The amount of the participation fee is stipulated for each tournament and is the same for all participants in a tournament. In some tournaments subject to a participation fee, participants may have the option to make multiple participation fee payments.

4.7.6. In tournaments with a participation fee, a commission (‘rake’) of 10%, or of such other percentage as may be specified for a particular tournament, is deducted from buy-ins and retained by Videoslots. This commission is non-refundable.

4.7.7. A loss of a wager in a game round in a tournament is not deducted from the balance of a participating Player’s Player Account but the wager is deducted from the Player’s entitlement in the tournament. A winning in a game round of a tournament is not added to the balance of a participating Player’s Player Account and cannot be paid out. In progressive tournaments, a valid winning in a game round of a tournament is added to the total of prizes of the tournament. Videoslots’ calculation of winnings is final and not subject to audit or correspondence.

4.7.8. The prizes for each tournament are specified in the prize table for the tournament in the tournament section of the Website, and may be different for each tournament. The total of prizes may be divided equally or unequally between multiple winners. The total of prizes for each tournament may be built up in different ways. In normal tournaments, the total of prizes consists of the total of participation fees of all participants minus the commission retained by Videoslots. In tournaments with a guaranteed total of prizes, the total of prizes consists of the higher of either a minimum amount stipulated by Videoslots for each such tournament, or the total of participation fees of all participants minus the commission retained by Videoslots.
